Ordered my Prime...

    Like to share, can't. Kind of like an NDA. Maybe not strictly true, but I'm treating that way. I'm so looking forward to this car. Haven't been this excited for many years. I find I have too much range anxiety for a Tesla, so this fills the bill quite nicely. I want to see what improvements have been made since my 2010. And I don't think I've ever had 5 passengers in the last 2 prii I've owned. I'll be adding solar to my shop just to offset the charging cost. Looking forward to traveling almost the whole length of California on a single tank of gas.

    I would like to put down a deposit but so far no dealer has asked for one...well, except one that wanted a $1500 deposit but when I asked if that would get me a Silver Premium Prius Prime I heard nothing back.

    Took delivery of the Prime on Jan 7th. Been a great car so far. Still getting used to how it manages the battery - different than my 2010 Prius.
