Factory foglights on 2015 and above non 5 Prius v

I did not purchased a model 5 on my 2015 prius v so I didn't get the factory foglights but would really love to have them. I seen post on this forum for retrofitting them and where to get the complete fog kit including wiring from ebay but none of these post are related to 2015 and above prius v (new front end). Does anybody know if our factory sub lower front bumper are pre cut for foglights and there're just hidden behind mesh grill? Or do i need to purchase new sub bumper?
