And it drives perfectly well with a perfect hv battery. The issue I have is when ever I drive for over 30 mins, I get a notification on the center display saying problem followed by a car icon with an exclamation mark. When ever this occurs, if I turn the car off it would not be able to shift into drive and the start button shows an orange light, and the ready light does not come on. This resets it's self after I let the car sit for a day or more ( I bought it with a bad 12v battery) and I give it a jump start. I thought this was happening because of the bad 12v battery but after I got a new one, the notification still came and I can’t get the car to go into drive or it wount show the ready light. This recently showed up in my "conversations" and though I have a hypothesis, I try not to post about a car I don't own. Could someone help pickup @Othniel ? Thanks, Bob Wilson
I think the car needs to be scanned, first and foremost. They don't cost that much. Allowing the car to sit for a while, or even disconnecting the 12volt battery, only fools the ECU to assumed everything is fine temporarily. My best bet would be that, the problem might be coming from maybe there's an isolation problem somewhere with the HV pack, red cables or the converter.. Check the transmission for problems too. PS: Post codes here, when you scan. Dxta
