I purchased a Turnigy TQ4 4x6S Lithium Polymer Battery Pack Charger and I'm looking to make some additional cables to refresh and balance my 2009 Prius battery pack. Is there an optimal wire gauge I should be using for these cables?
Wire gauge is dependent on the AMPS you plan on subjecting it do. For a 12V system and the 0.5-6A that a typical module would see during reconditioning, anything larger (numerically smaller) than 14ga will be perfectly fine.
