    DIN stands for Deutsches Institut für Normung
    (German Institute for Standardization; similar to US ANSI)

    The proper abbreviation for kilometers is km, not Km.

    The proper abbreviation for kilometers per hour is km/h not KmpH

    Is there a reason that these acronyms can't be added to the "Acronyms" section that appears in the Board Navigation box?

    There are only a couple in there.

    Alternatively, could a link to this topic be put in there?

    Any acronyms added to the Board Navigation box would, I believe, look like this ----> SKS.

    IMHO, a few would be fine but a whole bunch might make some posts difficult to read.
