i am asking for directions on how to disconnect the high pressure line on my damaged 2017 Prius.any help would be appreciated.
Find this information, including safety precautions for work on high-voltage components like the air conditioning compressor, in the Repair Manual, available by subscription to techinfo.toyota.com, toyota-tech.eu, or toyotamanuals.com.au. If you are in the U.S. or Canada, your local public library may also sponsor access to the ChiltonLibrary service, which has the text and illustrations from the Repair Manual for the 2016 Prius, most of which also applies to 2017 models. As the manual mentions, some of the piping clamps on the refrigerant lines are destroyed during removal and, like the O-rings, cannot be reused.
