2014 3 with 18k miles. Would this mileage be an issue for the battery pack?

Looking at purchasing a 2014 3 with only 18k one owner miles. The car has been in South Carolina since new. It gets really hot here in the summer and with the fact that it hasn’t been driven a lot I’m kinda concerned about the longevity of the battery pack. The 12 volt battery was recently replaced. It does have the solar roof but I have no idea how often they might have used it. My gut also tells me the car was garaged so that would help with battery degradation from the heat. It’s certified so it will have 4 more years on the battery pack warranty. This will be my wifes car and she will probably drive it less than 10k miles per year. We also have a 2017 3 but I am trying to save some $$ by buying used.

Thoughts on the battery longevity with that mileage and our SC heat?
