That tubing is generic, but you might have an easier time of it by using metric sizes- you're less likely to find that at a home improvement store, but most auto parts stores will sell it cheaply from a big spool. Just make sure you tell them it's for the washer, you certainly don't need expensive pressure or fuel rated stuff.
