Replace the whole hose. Available at any auto parts store. Then put out some rat poison in tamper proof bait stations.

That tubing is generic, but you might have an easier time of it by using metric sizes- you're less likely to find that at a home improvement store, but most auto parts stores will sell it cheaply from a big spool. Just make sure you tell them it's for the washer, you certainly don't need expensive pressure or fuel rated stuff.
