Just wanted to share so everyone had it. This is for my 2016 Prius 4. View attachment Wire Sheet for 2016 Toyota Prius v (Smart Key)(1)(1).PDF SM-G955U ?
I think so; it’s definitely not for a fourth-generation liftback Prius. I checked the item called “Second 12 volts,” for example, which says to find a green wire on terminal 13 of a 36-position connector of the “dash fuse box” (presumably, the Instrument Panel Junction Block Assembly). That matches Toyota’s Electrical Wiring Diagram for the Prius v, which says that’s the 12-volt supply for the driver’s power seat. It’s totally wrong for a fourth-generation Prius, on which terminal 13 of the 36-position connector on the Instrument Panel Junction Block Assembly is a yellow wire for the left rear turn signal. The interactive EWDs for both models are available by subscription to techinfo.toyota.com. I strongly recommend these for anyone considering modifications, since summaries—like the one kindly shared in this thread—may not provide all the information needed to design a safe and reliable installation.
