All doors unlock even when vehicle is set to single door..

    Hello when I grab the driver side door handle, the driver side door will unlock and the rest of the doors will unlock a second later.

    I checked the setting by holding the lock/ unlock buttons on the remote until the vehicle chirps and the information screen will change to all doors/ single door unlock. Regardless of which setting it is set to, all doors will unlock.

    Any tips?

    I thought that the base model of Gen 3 did not have this ability.

    What trim level is your Prius?

    If I recall correctly that setting changes effects only the fob unlock behavior. Could be touch-to-unlock always unlocks all, by design?

    No, Touch to Unlock has always been selectable on our vehicle.

    iirc, mine came with drivers door only, and it took me a few tries to get them all to open.

    Yea ours has always been drivers door only. Even when i switch it to all doors and back to drivers door, all still open. Might try unplugging the 12v to see if it fixes it.
