mrrame, I found the video quite helpful. '14 PiP. I'm not sure if you cover it in the video, or if it's specific to this PiP, there are "nubs" on the sides of the glove box which hold it in, even after you remove the damper arm. Not a big deal, I think someone could have more elegantly convinced the glove box to descend. Your info on airflow was helpful. I bought a replacement filter on AMZN, some Chinese brand which is (trying to) convincing me it's such high quality. Very easy to replace this filter w/o tools. Also, great looking pooch!
I find if I pull the glove box up and off the (open-ended) hinges at the bottom, then I seem to be able to get the whole thing off those "nubs" easier, can rotate the whole glove box a to be a bit diagonal in the opening, and then sneak it out with just a slight amount of pushing in the side walls.
