Two days ago my 2011 Prius and I hit black ice on an overpass and spun out, eventually colliding headfirst into the side of another vehicle. My grill is gone, and front bumper is very cracked up and hanging; very blessed it wasn't worse. At impact, it felt like we barely bumped the other car. When looking at Amazon for a bumper, we notice they say 'does not fit vehicles with pre-collision system'. How do we know if we have the pre-collision system? Also, does anyone have advise about where to purchase a bumper? We'd purchased a pre-painted one for our '08 Prius and had no issues installing it. Thank you
Local junkyard or pick n pull? There are also salvage dealers out there who have used OEM parts. One option .

If I understand correctly, the PCS piggybacks onto the equipment for the radar cruise control. If you have no radar then I don't think you could have the PCS.
