Poo is just waiting until P46 takes the oath. The rest is just slow rolling us until they get a more..........cooperative local gov'mint. As far as building the next factory in the Middle Kingdom, I don't yet see anything that will slow that down. Once the tax kickbacks sunset, they'll need to cut costs and so I see China playing a long game......Elon too for that matter. Our boy has been pretty quiet lately.
