I am new to the sales forum but I have benefitted greatly from the tech threads over the years. Alas, my 2006 Prius is now gone and off to the crusher in Salinas.


I have a number of parts that pulled off of the car to sell. Everything can be picked up in San Francisco or El Cerrito, California. I accept PayPal and I will ship USPS and provide a tracking number for the cost of shipping and our agreed part price.

For Sale: Genuine Toyota gas cap that fits a 2004-2009 Toyota Prius or a 2002-2006 4 cylinder Toyota Camry (part no. 77300-47010). This part worked just fine and only has about 15,000 miles of use. Asking $5.

This factory fob worked flawlessly, but The buyer will need to have it programmed by a dealer, reputable locksmith, or good Toyota repair specialist. Asking $45.


For Sale: 2004-2009 Toyota Prius Factory Vehicle Jack and Tool Kit, including an OEM Toyota jack, its plastic holder or mount that allows the jack to fit and bolt down inside the factory spare tire, the Jack/spare bolt down knob, the hand crank for the jack, a front emergency tow mount, and something else that I cannot quite identify, but which looks like a crank. Asking $30 for everything.

Sounds good. You are welcome to make me an offer anytime, and also since this is an enthusiasts’ forum, and others may want or need info on obtaining new owner’s manuals and Toyota factory service manuals (FSM), I highly recommend visiting helminc.com.

I purchased from Helm Inc. the Toyota FSM and owner’s manual for my 1984 Toyota diesel pickup as well as the FSM for my 1993 Toyota 4Runner. The FSMs are a must have for anyone wanting wrench on his/her own Toys. The generalist Haines manuals pale in comparison. Yes. You can wait for an FSM to pop up on eBay, but sometimes you need it now.

 

Also, I am not sure if go all the time and you have the $2 Pick-n-Pull entry fee built into your day to day budget, but let me know where we might be able to meet in terms of price. In my experience, I have not seen a ton of Prius’ at Pick-N-Pull nor have I have ever seen any owner’s manuals inside the vehicles that show up. Of course, I don’t have a ton experience. It seems that a deal could be struck with me if you are interested in this item at potentially much lower cost of time, energy, travel, and pick n pull entry fees. Also you could just get a new one from helm at a probably 5-10 bucks above my asking. Thanks.
