I think my 2005 prius battery dead. Door fob isn't making any sound. The manual key is not even opening the door. Is there a solution to this? How can I pop the hood to jump the battery if I can't even get in the car?
Have you tried replacing the FOB battery already? How long have you own the vehicle, and has the manual key ever worked ?
try some lube with the manual key and a pair of pliers, but don't twist too hard. let it sit for awhile and wiggle it back and forth
I don’t know about the pliers but a can of PB Blaster with a few squirts into the lock cylinder sure can’t hurt.
