Just got a car in the shop with the U0100 code it's a new one for me. The owner just filled up with gas and was driving down the road and it shut down with a yellow triangle not the red hybrid triangle of death I have tried to clear the codes and reset the ecm by disconnecting the power but its locked into the no start/not ready. I'm not new too prius but this code us new to me........ any ideas guys? Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
I have no idea but I'll look into it the hybrid battery is fine the code is showing it's for a miscommunication with the ecm the connections under the hood are good more than likely I'll have to pull the kick panels and try looking there also Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
Sometimes when the 12 volt dips to low it will cause that. I would do simple headlight load test on the 12 volt battery. If it fails replace it.
