Engine oil deal

    Good, bad, or indifferent; none of it matters to me.

    I'm buying 0W-16 because I will blend it with another very specialized ($$$$) 0W-20 oil, I'll end up with 0W-18 that has a robust additive package.

    Looks like they're getting 2% more MPG with 0W-16 vs 0W-20. Plus they're working on 0W-8.

    Yep, that does sound interesting.

    Personally, I'm blending 0W-18 for more WHP (Race Car) and better friction modification.

    I might run a simplified ($$) version of my blended 0W-18 at some point in the future for my street cars.

    WOW! $17 for a qt. You will need 5 of them. Please, someone, try this on PRIME (or regular Prius) and report mpg gain! :D
