does anybody know how to change the front emblem?

    Why? It's part of the RADAR Cruise mechanism.

    I don’t know of a video, but there is an illustrated, step-by-step procedure in the Repair Manual (more info), under Vehicle Exterior: Exterior Panels/Trim: Front Bumper.
    Alas, it’s not. As @alanclarkeau kindly mentioned above, the emblem assembly (and any replacement) must be radar-transparent, since the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly is behind it; see this previous thread for part numbers and prices.
