Shaky Start

Hey all, I changed the spark plugs, cleaned the intake manifold, installed a catch can, and changed the oil at 100K miles. After I did this I have noticed a shake that happens on a cold start usually when it's wet and chilly in the morning. Then it won't do it again all day, usually, sometimes the engine will start roughly all day even while I am driving and the engine kicks on. The only thing I didn't do was the EGR Cleaning, I did notice that the air filter was a little dirty but I thought it would be fine till next service. Any ideas?
