Both key FOBs stopped working

    hi everybody, new to this forum.

    I have a 2016 Prius C, and both key FOBs have stopped working. For about a week, they were getting stubborn (had to press the button a few times before it would work) and then they stopped working all together. Tried replacing the CR2016 battery in one and it still doesn’t Work. Any ideas what could be wrong?

    Will do. I believe it's under the rear seat in the Prius C... is that correct?

    yes. there is also a jump point in the fuse box under the hood which may be easier to get to
