Toyota doesn’t use the term “inverter cooler.” Do you mean the radiator assembly for the cooling system that serves the inverter and transaxle, shown with part name code G9010A in catalog Figure 84-32, Inverter Cooling? If so, you’ll find removal and installation procedures in the Repair Manual (more info), under Engine/Hybrid System: Hybrid/Battery Control: Sub Radiator. That section is brief; most of the work is described in the procedures for removing the condenser assembly, to which the radiator assembly is attached by four bolts. Keep in mind that removing the condenser assembly means recovering the refrigerant; in the U.S., it’s unlawful to vent most refrigerants to the atmosphere. If you don’t have R-134a recovery equipment, you could take the car to a dealer or automotive air conditioning shop, have them recover the refrigerant, do the remaining work yourself, and then return to have the system recharged.
Prius Chat already has all the info you need readily available... There's no reason to create a new thread unless you have a question that the many other threads don't answer. All you need to do is an internet search with keywords "priuschat inverter replace <name of what part you want to replace here>."
