Reduce output power mensage

Hi guys, i'm New in Prius family. I owed 2016 Prius and i got this mensagem: reduce output power with yellow triangle. I need help, this car only have 34K Miles.

 

My mechanical pull a code PO6579E ( voltage "A" on the actuator locked in the on position), he used to work in Toyota shop but he cannot figure It out. I Just want to know before i take my Prius to Toyota shop. Someone know this code?

 

So problaly is the sensor locate on the throtle body? I dont have the history of the car but what i know is that i bought from a auction. The car was running i even drove for a minute in the EV mode and now the hybride os not charging

i just called a insurance company and found out that the car was flooded. i dont have idea what is the level of water because the car was very clean with no show of waterline. that any way the ECM output voltagem to be flash ?

 

Hi guys, i took it off the ECM beside of fuse box ( motor compartment) and was damage by water, that i think was somebody try to car washer the engine and somehow got water inside the ECM and the plug. look the picture. i bought a used part with the same OEM number.
i will put back together and reprogramming. soon i will tell what happens. thanks!!!!!

 

hey guys, just want to resume what happend to my car e how i fixed. as i show above the pictures, the old ECM was bad, so i bought a good used one, same part number and had replace and reprogramming. now the car runs fine, no lights on.
Tip: Never try to wash the engine bay.

 

The shop used the techstream program from toyota.

 

from Brazil, but you can go in the configuration icon and convert celsion to fahrenheit ou looking in the manual book.
