I have decided I would like to part ways with my 2014 Prius 3 and I am looking for a 2021 Prius XLE. While doing my research I found a couple of things i just dont understand. One is the XLE comes standard with 17" wheels yet the Premium Convenience Package options the wheels back to a 15"? The other thing I find puzzling is the 2020 edition on a 2021 model. One salesman argued with me that the three 2020 Edition cars were infact 2020 models. Another salesman at another dealership argued that they were called the 20th anniversary edition and not 2020 edition. Why make a car sound older than it actually is?
Steve - i'd check ebay. We've made out on 2 Toyotas (ok one was the Lexus RX suv) & a range rover over the years using them. Lots of folk - new & used advertise there. Even with interstate shipping on 2 out of 3, it was still a bargain. good luck! w6eeg .
2021 Toyota Prius Marks 20 Years in the U.S. with Special Edition The 2021 model year marks 20 years since the Toyota Prius first hit the scene in the U.S. for 2001. Toyota is adding a special-edition version of the Prius to celebrate the anniversary called the Prius 2020 Edition. 2020 units of this special edition will be produced, and pricing should be similar to the current XLE FWD model which starts at $29,330.
