The directions were all wrong for install on a 2015 series 3 with solar roof. I had colored wires not white with a color band. Was easy to figure out as the colors were right just had to read the plug in for the lights and then match pin location with colored wires
Maybe it'd be more helpful if you included a link to the actual after-market product you purchased so we actually know what you're talking about and are able to avoid it?
