The other half got cut off by off by an idiot, who decided to come over two lanes and stop in the middle of the road in the direct flight path of the C; no where to go but into the other car. Poor little car…..
Well, if you're not hurt too badly, then the c did its job to protect you. Sure, a damaged car sucks, but not as bad as dying or being seriously injured. Hopefully the insurance company will fix this for you and go after the other guy. I nearly got hit by a car about two weeks ago when I had the green light, and a car that had a red light at an intersection decided said red light was just a suggestion, and turned left into my lane as I was moving. Thankfully my slow acceleration allowed them enough time to merge (illegally) and pull ahead of my car. As I looked at their car, it had some big dents on the right side door, suggesting this wouldn't be the first time they did this. I think it might be time to invest in a dashboard camera...
It would seem to me that the OP might like to forget about his incident. Do you often reply to 6 year old posts?
Well most likely OP wants to forget this incident, but i would like to know what happened and if he got the car repaired. I do often reply on old posts, i like to hear and know about things that happened ''long ago'' and see how it turned out.
