I placed a WeatherTech order to PriusChat Shop from the Forum "Shop" link. 5 days later, it still shows "awaiting payment". No one returns my messages... What's going on? I started to read some threads about PriusChat Shop.... and learned that they don't always get back to the customers or not at all. I will give them a couple more days to respond and likely I need to cancel this order (hopefully the cancellation will go through). There is no way I will wait forever just to get order status. I don't know why PriusChat forum still links this "Shop" website as their customer service does not exist, in my humble opinion.
Because the same person owns THIS web site too. And he is not known for caring what his customers think.
I never purchased through the Shop here. But most car forums with sponsored shops usually have good reps because users like us will bash them to no tomorrow if they are doing shady business.
