Hi all. Newbie here. Had my 2015 for about 5 months now. I'm sitting in the parking lot of an emergency vet's office. Don't often use navigation, but tonight the guidance voice was really loud on the drive to the vet. While I wait, I tried to find the setting to adjust volume (yes, I left the manuals at home, as I was plowing thru them while watching TV!). Instead, I ended up with half the map being covered with the audio info!! Don't need this! Not sure what I hit, as I was searching pretty fast. Any advice to get this off the screen?! Thanks
You might consider getting a mount for your phone and using your phone map instead. That way you'll get a much easier to use user interface and real time updates about traffic and speed traps. By comparison the navigation installed in your Prius is a half dozen years old and could get you lost or stuck in traffic when there was an easy way around it.
