Doesn't look like something that I've seen on a Prius before. Looks like some kind of aftermarket part of some sort. Is anything printed on it that could aid an identification?
Thanks for the answer. Nothing wrong with it. I just noticed it while repairing the front Bumper. I capture the picture from a video on YouTube with the front bumper removed. Since I didn't remove mine I can't see what is written on it. The Prius is the European model I suspect it might be the theft deterrent horn? but definitively I didn't install any after market device.
