I have a 2007/210K single owner Prius with a P3021 "Battery Block 11 weak", P08A80 "Replace EV battery pack" and P0420(?) codes. Triangle of Death is present on the dash. I would rather not take it to a pricey dealership (neighbors car, she's in her 70's, I'm trying to help her) so I'm looking for any shops in the Columbus Ohio area that are recommended for this sort of thing. Any shop recommendations would be appreciated, thanks!
If the neighbor is in her 70s, make sure you don't find a shop that will put in a "refurbished" battery. As those are super unreliable. Wouldn't want constant roadside breakdowns when you're 70. Best to ask for brand new battery quotes
