    Yeah! - that's what I'm waiting for, the ability to charge 8½% to 15% less efficiently. And California, with its blackouts, brownouts, fires burning down power poles, stretching thin our shoddy grid ... this is a wonderful idea. Sign me up!

    Because it takes so long to plug the car in compared to the 30 minutes to a few hours you are going to charge it
