I've been thinking about this yesterday and wanted to share: For it will be like God going on a journey leaving behind COVID-19, who called his servants and entrusted to them his property. To one he gave five talents (DNA/RNA sequencing, mRNA vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, RNA inhibitors, and ICU), to another two (masks and social distancing,) to another one (Internet,) each according to his ability. He who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them, and he made five times more not infected. So also he who had the two talents saved thirteen more not dead. But he who had received the one talent went and dug in the ground, the Internet, and hid his talent. After a long time God returned. He who had received the five talents came forward, bringing five times alive and not infected. God said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ He also who had the two talents came forward, I have made two talents more saving thirteen deaths. God said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ He also who had received the one talent came forward with his Internet results. ‘You wicked and slothful servant! So take the talent from him and give it to him who has the ten talents. To everyone who has returned more, he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, will be cast as worthless into the outer Internet darkness. In that place there will be with weeping and gnashing of teeth. Bob Wilson ps. The original: 14 “For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted to them his property. 15 To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away.16 He who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them, and he made five talents more. 17 So also he who had the two talents made two talents more.18 But he who had received the one talent went and dug in the ground and hid his master's money. 19 Now after a long time the master of those servants came and settled accounts with them. 20 And he who had received the five talents came forward, bringing five talents more, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me five talents; here, I have made five talents more.’ 21 His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ 22 And he also who had the two talents came forward, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me two talents; here, I have made two talents more.’ 23 His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ 24 He also who had received the one talent came forward, saying, ‘Master, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you did not sow, and gathering where you scattered no seed,25 so I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground. Here, you have what is yours.’ 26 But his master answered him, ‘You wicked and slothful servant! You knew that I reap where I have not sown and gather where I scattered no seed? 27 Then you ought to have invested my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received what was my own with interest.28 So take the talent from him and give it to him who has the ten talents. 29 For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.30 And cast the worthless servant into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
Oh Goody! Religion talk!! Parables are hard to understand sometimes in the original. Since I'm something of a stranger to the Aramaic language myself I can understand. To make things harder....since I wasn't around in those far-off times, I have to rely on the transcripts. The Gospels (Four Christian Bible books attributed to Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.) were written in.......well, the "experts" disagree somewhat. Surprised? Yeah. I know.....2020 v3.0. So....I do not claim to be ANY type of a scholar, least of all a Biblical one. BUT....I'm pretty sure that the first four books of the New Testament were not written in the Southeast dialect of the US English language. So.... "SOME" of the data provided by Matthew (25 14-30) may have been changed or lost in any of the translations, intentionally or unintentionally. The AUTHOR warned of this. (something about jots and tittles) So.... Since my knowledge of Christianity is as humble as my ability to follow its teachings, I will instead quote from someone who arguably IS something of a biblical expert: The internet is information that is not completely controlled by the government. ANY government, although some try to DARKEN the planet by stifling the free exchange OF INFORMATION. Whether or not we agree on...."The Origin of Species" it seems likely that the human animal is endowed by it's author with a FREE will. Finally. 80's Rock music teaches us that there is a stairway to Heaven and a highway to Hell. This provides us with a pretty good clue about the anticipated traffic patterns.

It is also free of fact-checking editors. We know the Russians had an active propaganda effort in 2016 and it continues today. Bob Wilson
