Are you feeling OK ? I went there and read most of the first page that came up. It still paints a glowing picture as though it is still a viable entity. Nothing could be farther from the truth.

On the first page, I see 2 glowing pictures, 3 other topics, and 15 complaints (thread titles bolded): Shop Open or Closed? Sorry my mistake. The first thing on the list still is Danny's post claiming to care. THAT is about as far from the truth as you can get.
That is called a "Sticky Thread", it stays on top permanently, always ahead of the "Normal Threads". I can vouch for him really caring, and providing good service, back then. But it is now more than a dozen years old, and it seems the shop was later subcontracted out.
