2012 Prius 3 stuck in neutral, would not shift

    I've been having weird electrical issues with my 2012 Prius 3 for several months now. I first described the issues here:

    I got the 12V battery checked, and it was fine.

    The weird electrical issues (similar to what I described in the first thread) have persisted. Then the last time I drove my car, it got stuck in neutral and would not shift to drive. While it's true I had been parked on a slight incline without the parking brake, I had parked in that exact position numerous times before, and this never happened. Eventually, after turning the car on and off a few times, I was able to shift the car into drive.
