I called the toyota dealer here in California And got the part number 17410-37300 For my 2010 Prius One dealer was like $2k+ and the other was just under it. I found a slight discount for $1,733.99 No tax and shipped to me. My question is since the Company is based in Ohio, it should still be CARB compliant correct? Same part number from California dealer. Already have a place that will install for $180 and might go ahead and get OEM o2 sensors while they are installing. How do you guys feel about after market o2 sensors?
Yes, if it’s a genuine Toyota part. If the seller doesn’t collect sales tax, you’re still obligated to report and pay California use tax on items purchased out of state that will be used or stored here.
