All, I'm at a loss. I ordered a radio glare shield from the priuschat shop and my order was in limbo for weeks. I've reached out via email without any luck. Payment had showed pending for weeks so I had assume there was a problem with my credit card...so I re-purchased the item. My payment went through because I saw it debited from my bank account. Low and behold my item still hasn't shipped weeks after ordering a second glare shield. I messaged Danny on the forum and no response. Any suggestions as what to do next. Why doesn't everyone what so long to call the credit card company? If a company says it will be shipped in 1 or 2 days, and it's not, I'm contacting them. If they say it will be delivered in X amount of days, and they don't send a tracking number, I'm contacting them. If they start giving me the run around, I just tell them they have 24 hours to ship it or I want my money back and I'll get it from someone else. Sometimes being nice works, but when it doesn't, time to get aggressive.
Another option is the call the BBB and get the investigation started so others who were affected that documented on here can chime in to take it down
Does anybody, anywhere, use BBB to screen online-only businesses? Ratings and reviews and searches appear to be tied to geographic locations, making it difficult to find any BBB listings for entities without such locations.
