Checking O2 sensors with Techstream

    I have a 2007 gen 2 Prius. I have techstream. I have a p2195 code and a p0138 code. I need help diagnosing this, as I do not believe both O2 sensors are bad. I need to know what the abbreviations in techstream data stand for, and what the proper range is. I was reading somewhere that I can trigger a rich condition using propane and check the air fuel ratio sensor.

    How many miles on the vehicle or the upstream sensor, as neither will last forever.
    Techstream also has the ability to adjust the metered fuel up or down in real time, which may also assist in sensor diagnostics.
