Trouble Codes and Check Hybrid System

Hello PC forum! first post here, and it's a doozy.

Recently pulled the dreaded Triangle of Death. Here's the story:

Pulled away from a stoplight, the car lurched and went into limp mode. The traction control light came on, and a "Check Hybrid System" message appeared. Luckily, I was only a block away from my destination and I was able to have it towed home to check out. Did some troubleshooting and came up with the following codes:

P0A7A
P0A94
C1259
C1310

I dug in and started doing typical checks from info I've found by lurking here. Checked the 12V battery, it's fine. Checked the hybrid battery fan and all connections, also fine (even cleaned the fan while I was in there). Noticed that there was no turbulence in the Inverter Cooling reservoir, so I replaced the pump. Got the car back together, hoping that was the issue, and... still all the same errors. I'm kind of befuddled by this, and somewhat at a loss for what to investigate further. I certainly don't want to have it towed to a dealership (my dealer charges $195 just to scan it) and I feel like I'm just one poke or prod away from getting this thing back on the road. So, what's next? Is there something I might have missed putting the car back together? Is there anything else I should check before I bite the bullet and take it in?

 

Yeah, I tried to clear the codes using my Carista; but they won’t clear. Tried both before and after the repair, and before and after the repair. After the repair, it’s clear that there’s movement in the reservoir, so that’s good at least.
