Weak cabin air flow when on heat.

    on defrost no issue blows fine on low or bottom seems fine just on vents on heat is weak. notice it got worse when its 36F outside. seems like pressure from being on the freeway was only thing pushing air in the cabin.

    Some of the dampers you have to dismantle the whole dash
