I own a Prius i-Tech 2012 (Australian high-trim level Prius) and I find I have to keep paying to access the service manuals. I have not found a way to download every single one. Would anyone kindly provide a ZIP file of every pdf/manual for my Prius(ZVW30) from Toyota's website? toyotamanuals com au Thanks
I have a big nice person zip file on the tech stream computer that I bought from a dealer and the person I bought the computer from knew that this computer was going to be taken offline so when he did that before he took it offline he downloaded a big huge file from Toyota that had all the current updates to 2021 I believe for all the models of Toyota that are sold in the united states this is from the united states I have that file I don't know how much of that you might want or whatever but it's sitting right here on my text stream cf19 computer as a separate file it has every computer update and everything let me know
I would send the file or figure out how to get it to anybody that wants it it's pretty big maybe 14 gigs or something i'm not sure i'll go look but apparently it has every computer update every TSB yada yada etc in this file all the stuff that you normally you'd have to connect to the car and then connect online with text stream with a dealer login to update the car this guy already downloaded all those files that were up to date till the computer was pulled offline in late 2020 and then I bought it
Well that's great I guess everyone has similar . Good thing . Going forward I imagine this file will keep my gen 2's and threes up to snuff for the rest of my life don't imagine they'll be too many more mission critical updates to those series of car
Now that is something that I would love to have on a local computer. Especially since I have no internet access available at home and have to travel 5 miles to get a cell connection. (yup...the only disadvantage to living in rural paradise) I have a 2011 and a 2012 and have been maintaining them without manuals by using common sense and general automotive knowledge. About to do head gasket on the 2012 (215,000 miles) and will likely do the 2011 (195,000 miles) preemptively. I have owned factory service manuals on every vehicle I've owned, from a 1928 Ford Model, a 1939 Buick Century, a 2001 Prius to a 2002 Dodge Ram 2500..... But after that I have not been able to buy them. So, I work from general knowledge and hack the computers when necessary.
I'm going to put it on a memory key in the next day or so I've got to charge up the CF-13 or whatever this tough book thing is called and then I'll put a memory key in it and move the files over and anybody that wants a set I guess I don't know somehow get in touch and obviously have to be mailed or something
Tom, If you can get a copy of the zip file to me I'll put the contents up on my web server so that others can access it. JeffD
