Prius making sounds every few seconds since oil change

Ever since I got an oil change this evening my Prius started making this noise like something is trying to engage followed by a whirring noise for 20 seconds, then it stops for 15 seconds and does it again every time. The oil was Full Synthetic 5W30. I would post a video but it's not letting me.

 

It sounds like it's coming from here in this pic. I can hear the engaging noise from the cabin but can only hear the whirring noise when I pop the hood.

 

Neither. I know what the brake actuator failing sounds like because I've had to replace mine and it's different.
