Solid TRAC Light on. Help. More ideas?

Here goes- 2011 prius is my daily. I turned the steering wheel and rolled up my phone charge wire in it. Embarrassing. Pulled out and untangled the charging wire. Abs, airbag lights soon came on with no horn or cruise. It began making a clicking noise when turning the wheel. I deemed the answer a clock spring. I did the job. Worked great. Now I only have a solid abs light on. Took it to my mechanic to clear it, he couldn’t. We discussed it and thought it was a bad clock spring. I ordered a new one. Same result. No traction or abs. Toyota wants $275 just to scan it. I’m not wealthy, but I’d like to exhaust what I can do. I cleaned the speed sensor. Tried diagnostic mode. Nothing. The light won’t go off and I verified the abs and traction is not working.

Thoughts? Anything but going to the dealer?

At this point anyone in the Allentown, Pa area willing to take a crack at it?
