Unknown parts when doing oil change

    When I did oil change today, I found those two parts on the plastic board. This is 2010 Prius II with 180k miles. Please share if you have any idea.

    could those be from the filter assembly? spin on or cartridge?

    I believe that those are from the exhaust pipe to the manifold.
    Has the engine been changed? Or the exhaust?
    There are 2 springs with the bolts that hold the exhaust pipe to the manifold, with
    the gasket in between...

    the catalytic converter has been replaced once before.

    I was going to say if your cat's not missing you said it's been changed those parts got caught up under the plastic fell out when you changed the oil

    the cat has been replaced one year ago due to a theft. yes they fell out when I changed the oil.
