Hello folks. So I have this issue with AC button is always lit. When I press it to disable or to switch the regular fan nothing happens. I can turn it off completely with OFF button but whenever I use fan buttons it always lits the AC led even when it’s not in defrost or floor mods. What might be causing this issue? I tried generic troubleshooting with holding down two buttons to see if I get any codes based on this video: . AC works fine when it comes to cooling or heating but I don’t understand why it wouldn’t switch to regular fan mode. I tried to hold it down, wiggle it to see if the button is stucked but did not help. There is also no lights on the dashboard. I appreciate any help.
looks like the lower front left around 4:30, but you really don't need to see it, it makes a pretty loud buzzing noise, especially after the engine shuts down: search
well, at least you know it's just the light and not the compressor. i guess you'd have to trace the schematic at techinfo.toyota.com
