    Sounds like the original issue, and the OTA software fix wasn't enough.

    Yeah, in the Mach-E subreddit, someone posted yesterday that its MachE just experienced the dreaded problem. I think the software fix was just something to alleviate the problem until a real hardware fix is available. Looks like this has now happened. Hopefully this will be the end of that saga.
