Well then you have to do it again and deal with the block that the app is telling you is suspect You need to find out why that is with your test meter so that means you've got to open the cover and know the drill
If Dr.Prius shows correctly, then you have very high internal resistance on all pairs of modules. The battery is on its last legs. In the first picture, the internal resistance on the first pair of modules is above 34 milliOhm. One or two modules will overheat during the trip and may explode.
