I've done plenty of research on these forums about EVAP and the woes this generation has. I was wondering if anyone had encountered these two together, P0441 Evap Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow and P0455 Evap Emission Control System Leak Detected (Gross Large Leak). I'm most curious about the data Techstream is reading out, and was curious if anyone had a diagnosis based on these values. Clogged Purge line? VSV for CCV bad? Everything on the list passed besides: - Purge VSV Opened (Value -0.308 kPa) - Gross Leak (Value -0.308 kPa) I have swapped gas caps, Purge VSV in the engine bay, charcoal vapor canister, test Purge Flow Switching valve that is mounted near the canister (tested with audible clicks and airflow with air being blown through), new hoses in the engine bay for Purge VSV and verified no visible cracks going back. Any help or experience would be helpful! Even if you run the EVAP test on your perfectly working car, i'd love to see what values are actually normal.
I would think with a vehicle this old that these service manuals should be shared all over the internet just because that's how it used to be I don't know when and where at all changed and who got sued for what or how but. But it kinda sad.

What year Prius? 2004-2005 is a different system from 2006-2009. (It looks like 2006-2009 but would like to confirm). Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
