Hello, I'm wondering what is the best way to repair or replace this one sensor wire on the busbar. It is almost broken. I have another harness but two tabs is broken as well. Can I transfer one single wire from it? Also how to avoid this problem? I'm thinking I put some silicone grease behind the nut to prevent the tab from spinning.
Don't waste your time trying to repair, it almost results in a redo. Either get a new OEM No.2 Frame wire from the cheapest online Toyota dealer (not eBay or Amazon) or an aftermarket from ACENBAY. Both are good options. You don't really want to be opening up the hybrid vehicle (HV) battery more than you need to.
