Hope someone can help me with this issue.
My HV battery gave me problems after 190k. Replaced 3 bad modules and make sure the rest were ok within specs. Double checked internal resistance and volts. All modules were balanced to the best of my knowledge.
Drove my Prius for over a week and monitored HV battery with Dr. Prius app. All of a sudden, I couldn’t bring it to Ready and got a blinking shift and blinking fuel gauge bars on dashboard. Scanner read a code related to transmission (can’t remember the exact code) Erased the code and got the same code on scanner.
Disconnected 12V battery for a couple of days, reconnected back and tried to start it again. Same happened, blinking shift and blinking fuel gauge bars. Turn it off and try to turn it on back, but nothing happened. This second attempt, there were no lights, except for the ‘door open’ light.
Brake lights works, head lights works, all fuses are Ok under dashboard and engine bay.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What scanner are you using. The manufacturer's name and model number.

Use a meter and measure the voltage of the 12v battery.

You need to post the exact trouble code that your scanner found. Example: Pxxxx, Cxxxx, Bxxxx, Uxxxx, etc.

With the scanner you're using clear the codes twice in succession now will the car start and move?

First of all, thank you so much for your help.
    Scanner LAUNCH Cread@r Professional 919E. VERSION: YQ_V102_014

    Battery : 12.50 volts

Unfortunately I don’t have the code shown before when all blinking started.
Tried to pull codes again but scanner can’t read serial number nor connect with ECU.
So far, I can hear ABS system whenever I open the door and when I press the brake pedal.

Scanner is not communicating with ECU. The push start button has no LED on even with FOB key inserted into slot.

Double check the AM2 fuse, which is located in the fuse box in the engine bay. Pull the fuse out and check it with a meter.
