    I think the blue referred to an engine tech. Though a search shows they've used it to denote an eco trim.

    Had to look this sucker up when I got home from a casino yesterday. Apparently it's pretty new to the market. Under $6K afaict. A single seater ev? Who knew!
    Didn't see where they're made but available in the USA. Upon asking - the owner said it'll do 35 MPH once he removed the 15-18mph governor. Range ..... a measly 30 miles.
