I remember back in college in the USA, I took a class in world geography. The first assignment was to draw a map of the world from memory, and to pass, you had to get 3 countries named correctly. 80% of the class failed.
what muks learned from doge is that there wasn't as much waste, fraud and abuse as he claimed. in some cases, it may be arguable as to what constitutes waste fraud and abuse. but in his own classic example, there weren't as many 300 year olds getting social security checks as he and the orange man claimed. nor was there much else. what they did manage to cut were legitimate people and programs. or you can argue they aren't legitimate a la joni ernst, 'we are all going to die' as for letting the country go bankrupt, it looks like the big, beautiful bill might just accomplish that.
You say he learned? I say such egos seldom learn from their mistakes; they usually declare everything they do a resounding success.
Everyone else is using LIDAR, but Musk is dead set against it for some daft reason. At the cost of several lives.
He's not the first; Ghengis Khan, Josef Stalin, Thomas Edison, Adolf Hitler, on and on... The ego is based on believing that every thought in your head is the truth.
The world awaits to see if he responds to all the negativity he's received with contrition or arrogance. My money is on him doubling-down forever on his stupid ways, just like Trump. And Scott Adams for that matter.
